Matthew C. Tedesco joined the law firm of Knight, Manzi, Nussbaum & LaPlaca, P.A. as an Associate in August 2005. Mr. Tedesco practices in all areas of land use, zoning, and administrative law, including residential and commercial development, as well as liquor licensing. In this capacity Mr. Tedesco appears before the County and District Councils for Prince George's County, the Planning Board of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission for Prince George's County, the Board of License Commissioners for both Prince George's County and Montgomery County, the Board of Appeals for Prince George's County, the Zoning Hearing Examiner for Prince George's County, and the Circuit Court for Prince George's County.

Mr. Tedesco received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland , College Park in 2000 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio Northern University , Pettit College of Law in 2004, where he graduated with Distinction. Mr. Tedesco was an Associate Justice for the Ohio Northern University College of Law Moot Court and was a two time participant in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, winning the 2003 United States East Regional Championship. Prior to joining Knight, Manzi, Nussbaum & LaPlaca, Mr. Tedesco was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michele D. Hotten, Associate Judge for the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Maryland.

Mr. Tedesco is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland and before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
